Return Policy


NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES 

All sales are final. The Company does not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any new products or services purchased. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy. 

EXCEPTIONS 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to returns, exchanges, and refunds. Furthermore, exceptions to this policy may be granted if otherwise agreed to in writing or according to the terms of another program agreement. The Company will also accept returns or exchanges in instances where an error was made in the processing of the customer’s order, an excess quantity was shipped beyond the customer’s order, or an incorrect item was dispatched. Where the errors above were attributable to the Company, we will cover all reasonable shipping return charges. The Company reserves the right to choose the carrier at our discretion. In the event that a refund is granted under an exception or pursuant to another program agreement, such refunds shall be issued exclusively in the form of store credit. The store credit will be applied to the customer’s account and may be used for future purchases of goods or services from the Company. No cash refunds will be provided. 

Please contact our Customer Service Department of the error within seven (7) days after receipt of your order by emailing general@flavouralchemy.com. 

NOTIFICATION 

This policy is clearly communicated to customers at the point of sale and is prominently displayed on the Company’s website and physical premises. By proceeding with a purchase, the customer confirms their understanding and acceptance of this policy. The Company reserves the right to change this policy at any time without notification. 

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

This Return Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled by way of arbitration with a mutually agreed upon arbitrator in Ontario.
